Glass: Middy

5 cl aged rum
3 cl lime juice
2 cl coconut syrup
Egg white
Splash of soda
Powdered blue sugar

Shake, spirits, lime, sugar and egg whites with 2 ice cubes. Pour soda into the shaker and strain into a Middy glass. Finish with blue powder.
