Glass: Schooner

45 ml Calvados
45 ml Cardamaro
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Stir with fresh ice and strain into a Schooner glass.

"A cocktail that’s simple to make but still has a lot of character. Cardamaro is a favourite amaro to us, and as we also like Calvados, we find this drink quite irresistible."
