Rhubarb Sour - Lowballer

Glass: Lowballer

50 ml rhubarb infused gin
30 ml lemon juice
20 ml rhubarb syrup

Shake with ice and strain into a Lowballer glass.

"Returning to this summery drink. Made using gin that has been infused a week with fresh rhubarbs, and syrup made with equally fresh rhubarbs from a friend’s garden."
